1. What we hold and why
Portugal Expats AI is a brand operated by OCEANIRREQUIETO - UNIPESSOAL LDA, Portugal. Company number: NIF/NIPC 518779700. Registered address: Rua das Murtas, n.º 13, Outeirinho, 2655-437 Ericeira, Mafra, Lisboa, Portugal.
We display your professional or business name, service category, city or region, languages spoken, and any contact details that are already publicly advertised or that you later choose to publish. We keep this information because it helps English-speaking residents in Portugal find reliable professionals.
The legal basis for displaying a listing is our legitimate interest in operating a community recommendation network, balanced against your right to privacy. Where the listing identifies a private individual rather than a company, we also consider the public interest in helping other residents find trusted services.
2. Where the information comes from
Most listings start from a recommendation submitted by a community member. We record the source of each fact and review whether it may be republished. If the source is later marked as restricted or forbidden, the information is removed.
If you claim your profile, you become the source for the contact details you publish yourself. Paid listings are always owner-supplied.
3. Your rights
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Object to the listing or ask us to restrict how it is shown.
- Request erasure of your personal data.
- Withdraw any consent you gave.

4. Automated decisions
We do not make legally significant automated decisions about you. Ranking is based on community recommendation signals and is never sold. A confidence score is shown only to indicate how much community evidence supports a listing.
5. Security and processors
The service runs on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Security and trust information is available at https://trust.lovable.dev/. We use additional processors for email, payments and AI; the current list is shown in the Compliance area.
