These terms apply when you claim, manage or pay for a listing. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Compliance page.

1. Who provides the listing service
Portugal Expats AI listing services are provided by OCEANIRREQUIETO - UNIPESSOAL LDA, Portugal. Company number: NIF/NIPC 518779700. Registered address: Rua das Murtas, n.º 13, Outeirinho, 2655-437 Ericeira, Mafra, Lisboa, Portugal.
2. What a listing gives you
A listing lets you present accurate contact details, services, opening hours and a description. A paid listing adds photos and a longer description. Nothing in any plan buys ranking, recommendations or preferential placement.
3. What you promise
- You are authorised to represent the professional or business.
- The information you publish is accurate and kept up to date.
- You hold any licences, registrations or insurance required for your profession.
- You will not misuse community recommendations or attempt to manipulate them.
4. Reviews and corrections
We may pause or remove a listing if we receive a credible report that it is inaccurate, misleading, impersonating someone else, or for a regulated profession that requires verification we do not hold. We will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
5. Cancellation and removal
You can delete your listing and associated data at any time from the management page. If you cancel a paid subscription, the listing reverts to the free version at the end of the paid period. We keep billing records as required by law.
