Your data rights
You have rights under the GDPR and Portuguese data protection law. This page explains how to use them.

1. Right of access
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including any recommendations you submitted, consent records and account information. We will respond within one month.
2. Right to correction
If information about you is wrong, use the 'Your data rights' button on the relevant profile or email us. We will correct factual errors and record the change.
3. Right to erasure
You can ask us to delete your personal data. If you are a professional, claim the profile and then delete it. If you are a recommender, withdraw your recommendation. Some records, such as billing data, may be kept where the law requires.
4. Right to object and restrict
You can object to our use of your data for the recommendation network or ask us to restrict processing while we review a dispute. We will honour the objection unless we have a compelling legal reason to continue.
5. How to make a request
Signed-in users can open a rights request from any profile page. You can also email hello@oceanirrequieto.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on sensitive requests.
